It’s essential for pretzels, bagels, Chinese mooncakes, ramen noodles, and various traditional pastries. Available in three concentrations (16°, 48°, 52°) to suit different recipes and applications. Supplied in 300ml retail bottles and 4-5kg foodservice cans. Consistent, precise concentration for reliable production results every time.
